Marcos leads turn over of PCSO patient transport vehicles to Eastern Visayas LGUs

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday led the turnover of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s patient transport vehicles (PTV) to Eastern Visayas local government units (LGUs) in a ceremony held in Ormoc City, Leyte.
