President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. reiterated that the Villar-owned Siquijor Island Power Corp. (SIPCOR) should deliver its promises under its power supply agreement with the Province of Siquijor Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PROSIELCO), or terminate the contract otherwise.
