Marcos wants PH to reclaim ‘highest literacy rate in Asia’

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has voiced his intention to “get back” the Philippines to “having the highest literacy rate in Asia”, saying that his administration has been “putting a great deal of attention and focus on education.”
