Marcos ‘watching’ Escudero on Duterte impeachment trial crossover to 20th Congress

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Tuesday said he was “watching” Senate President Francis Escudero’s moves to ensure the transition of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial onto the next Congress would be “peaceful.”
