THE top boss of McDonald’s has dished out the details on the fate of the beloved Snack Wrap, currently priced at $2.99 nationally and available in two flavors.
The handheld offering made an iconic comeback earlier this year after a nine year hiatus, with the fast food chain’s CEO revealing the future of the menu item at an earnings call on Wednesday.
McDonald’s, the world’s largest burger chain, has a massive global reach, topping over 40,000 restaurants and raking in over $25 billion in revenue annually.
Like other fast food chains, McDonald’s has been struggling to lure in money-conscious consumers as broader economic challenges such as inflation and tariffs weigh heavily on Americans’ minds and wallets.
In a move to give customers what they want and revive its reputation for fast, affordable food, McDonald’s returned the beloved Snack Wrap to its US menu on July 10, 2025, in both Spicy and Ranch flavors.
The Snack Wrap officially made a comeback after nine years of fan pleas, and it’s here to stay, McDonald’s president and CEO Chris Kempczinski shared at the chain’s second quarter earnings call on Wednesday morning.
