MELISSA McCarthy has flaunted her significant weight loss during a romantic date night with her husband Ben Falcone.

Earlier this month, Melissa, 54, reminded fans just how far she’s come in shedding the extra pounds when she posted a collage of photos on Instagram from her and Ben’s evening out.
The couple visited a newly opened pottery studio in Los Angeles, California, where they got hands-on with the equipment while making numerous clay creations.
One snap showed Melissa flashing her clay-filled hands at the camera while sitting behind the potter’s wheel.
She sported a body-hugging black top and matching bottoms paired with white sneakers and a white and blue trucker hat with the studio’s name etched on the front.
The picture was followed by photos of the actress displaying her finished products, which included a bowl with her name sketched into it and a pint glass.

Melissa then shared a silly snap of her and Ben, 52, at the potter’s wheel – the actor embracing his wife from behind as he guided her hands on the clay machine.
They appeared to be mimicking the famous scene in the 1990 film Ghost in which Patrick Swayze and Demi Moore’s characters shared a similar intimate moment.
The Ghostbusters star even joked that she “found my inner Demi” in her caption, while encouraging her followers to check out the spot.
Fans rushed to the comments to express their appreciation for the post and highlight the star’s noticeable body transformation.
“Oh my gosh you lost a lot of weight she looks amazing,” one person wrote.
“You look wonderful Melissa!!!” remarked another.
“You look absolutely stunning!” echoed another.
Melissa hasn’t been shy about showcasing her slimmer physique in recent months.
In January, the Identity Thief star strutted her stuff down the red carpet in a gorgeous form-fitting pink jumpsuit at the Golden Globe awards.
She accessorized the ensemble with an enormous pink cape, which she admitted caused a 15-minute delay getting to the ceremony.
The Mike and Molly alum previously discussed her weight loss methods and how she obtained her trimmer figure.

Speaking to People Magazine in April 2023, Melissa confessed that after she landed the role on Gilmore Girls, she tried an all-liquid diet via a doctor’s supervision.
While she admitted it worked, helping her lose 75 pounds, the This Is 40 star said it had its drawbacks as she “felt starved and crazy half the time.”
She then decided to refocus her mindset and stop “worrying” about her size, which helped her maintain her tinier frame.
A year later, singer Barbra Streisand, 83, bluntly asked Melissa on social media if she took Ozempic – a controversial weight loss drug that is popular among many celebrities – to lose the pounds.
After receiving a slew of backlash over her comment, the Tell Him singer revealed she was only trying to pay her friend a compliment.
