Mets’ new reliever Richard Lovelady prefers nickname ‘Dicky’

While Lovelady wants all formal communications like print, scoreboards and broadcasts to still have his government name, he prefers “Dicky” from teammates, fans, staffers or anyone who may run into him at the ball park.
