Micah Parsons tipped to be ‘next Reggie White’ by Super Bowl champion Ndamukong Suh after mega Green Bay Packers trade

MICAH Parsons has been tipped to become a Green Bay Packers legend by Ndamukong Suh.

Parsons was traded to the Packers by the Dallas Cowboys in a blockbuster move last week.

The 26-year-old was locked in a contract dispute with the Cowboys all summer.

He then held out of playing in preseason or taking part in team practice drills.

And Parsons was eventually traded to Green Bay, where he signed a mega four-year $188 million deal.

The defensive end became the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL history.

And Super Bowl champion Ndamukong Suh thinks expectations for Parsons are high from his new team.

Suh gave his season predictions to The Sun in an exclusive interview.

And when asked who will be Defensive Player of the Year, he replied, “I’m going to give that to Micah Parsons.

“Reason being is he’s signed a massive contract after a massive trade.

“If he stays healthy, Green Bay will want him to be the next Reggie White for them.”

White was one of the most fearsome defensive ends in NFL history.

He helped the Green Bay Packers win Super Bowl XXXI during his six-year star with the team.

The pass rusher was a two-time NFL sacks leader and two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year.

He was inducted into both the Pro Football Hall of Fame and College Football Hall of Fame.

Suh also predicted the Washington Commanders to be the last team undefeated in 2025.

And the 38-year-old thinks the Los Angeles Chargers have the best chance of any AFC West team to dethrone the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs have won nine straight AFC West titles and are looking to reach a fourth Super Bowl in a row.

Suh thinks the Baltimore Ravens are the most likely team to stop them in the AFC playoffs.

“I’ve got confidence that Lamar Jackson and the Ravens will get over the hump,” he said.

“My MVP of this year is Lamar Jackson because if he’s going to dethrone the Chiefs and find a way to make it to the Super Bowl, he’s got to have an MVP season to do that.”
