MICHAEL Strahan has weighed in as the New York Giants make a major change at quarterback.
The 53-year-old former defensive end spent 15 seasons with the Giants between 1993 and 2007.

Rookie Jaxson Dart, 22, has been at the center of a quarterback debate in New York.
It has been a poor start to the 2025 NFL season for the Giants as they remain winless after three games.
Veteran Russell Wilson, 36, has struggled to assert himself since arriving from the Pittsburgh Steelers this season.
This has forced the Giants to drop Wilson in favor of Dart ahead of their Week 4 game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
However, Giants legend Strahan has shared his concerns about promoting the rookie so soon.
The former Giant made his plea on Fox NFL Sunday.
“I’m torn,” said Strahan. “I know how tough it is to play in New York. They’re going to throw this young quarterback in there.
“Everyone is thinking Jaxson Dart, he had a great preseason, he’s going to turn this around, he’s going to be the saviour. It’s not that easy.”
Arriving from Ole Miss, the Giants selected Dart with the 25th overall pick of the 2025 NFL Draft.
He had a strong preseason with the Giants as they went 3-0.
But, the Giants opted for experience over youth as their season starts poorly.
“Football is such a difficult sport,” Strahan continued. “When you’re looking at other guys who have had challenges in New York, you start to wonder.
“Is it the players or is it the system? You can keep on mixing up the ingredients, but maybe you’ve got a bad dish.”
Strahan is regarded as one of the greatest-ever Giants players.
