The fashion house unveiled its Autumn/Winter 2025 campaign which features Miley in the series of striking portraits.
Speaking about the shoot, Miley said: “The nudes by Paolo (Roversi) are so iconic and signature to his art.
“Standing naked for a fashion campaign felt major. All I wore was body paint and the painted Tabi boots. In that moment, Margiela and I became one.”
Miley reposted her portraits on Instagram with fans rushing to the comments gushing over the nude singer.

Back in May, Miley revealed that she was dashed to hospital after filming for her music video caused a shock illness.
She explained her surprise stint in intensive care caused her to develop a nasty infection, despite only shooting on the popular Hollywood Walk of Fame.
During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the pop star joked: “I was rolling around on the sidewalk – very glamorous, I know. I caught something!”
She told Jimmy that emergency departments were overcrowded at the time so she was admitted to intensive care “just for a moment”.
Recalling the infection had spread to her leg, specifically around the kneecap, she said: “My leg began to kind of disintegrate.
“The surgeon was like, ‘Do you know why you’d have such a brutal infection on your kneecap?’ And I had to admit… I was crawling around on the pavement.
“To have a surgeon look at you and say, ‘Yuck’ – and they cut into actual brains for a living – that’s a lot,” Miley quipped.
