ARIZONA Diamondbacks star Ketel Marte has become the latest victim of a burglary spree on top sports stars.
Marte, 31, had his Arizona home burglarized while he was out of town taking part in the All-Star game in Atlanta.

The Diamondbacks slugger was representing the National League in the All-Star game when his home was targeted, according to reports.
The burglary, believed to have taken place on Tuesday night, is being investigated by Scottsdale, Arizona police.
The police department told the Daily Mail that the incident was a “high-dollar residential burglary”.
It’s also reported that the police found signs of forced entry and a number of personal items and jewelry were stolen.
Marte’s home is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom property with a two-car garage and was last sold for $3.6million in April, according to Zillow.
Fortunately, nobody was at home at the time of the burglary.
There has been a huge increase in the burglaries of sports star’s homes in recent times, with the FBI warning sports leagues about crime organizations targeting pros.
The NFL and the NBA have also issues security alerts to athletes.

NFL superstars Joe Burrow, Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce are amongst those who have had their homes targeted.
Burrow, 28, had his $7.5m Ohio home broken in to while he was playing in Texas last year.
A group of suspects have since been arrested on suspicion of burglarizing Burrow’s home and three of the men are facing federal charges for allegedly transporting stolen goods and falsifying record in a federal investigation.
Both Mahomes and Kelce were victims of break-ins while playing games too.
The U.S. Sun revealed that Kelce’s first Super Bowl jersey was among the items stolen from his mansion in Leawood, Kansas.
