MYSTERY continues to surround the death of cheerleader Laken Snelling’s son following an autopsy that was conducted.
The baby boy was found inside a black garbage bag that was stowed inside a closet.

Kentucky investigators didn’t reveal how the baby died and an autopsy has since been conducted.
Coroners in Fayette County have ruled his cause of death as “inconclusive,” as reported by the CBS affiliate WKYT-TV.
Gary Ginn, the coroner, said a thorough probe into how the child died is taking place.
He revealed the investigation will be a “methodical” one.
“Extensive microscopic analyses are essential to determine the cause and manner of death,” coroners told NBC News.
Snelling, a student at the University of Kentucky, was arrested on Sunday – days after the baby was found.
Lexington cops found the baby on August 27 after receiving a call related to an unresponsive child.
It’s not known who made the call to cops.
Snelling, 21, was read her rights and appeared to make a confession to police.
She explained she tried to conceal the birth by “cleaning evidence.”
Snelling also told officers that she put the cleaning items inside the bag as well as the infant, according to an arrest report obtained by the NBC affiliate WLEX-TV.
She also admitted that she gave birth.
The student has been charged with abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence, and concealing the birth of an infant.
She made her first court appearance on Tuesday, where she appeared downcast and her head was stooped at moments during her hearing.
Snelling, who is part of the cheerleading STUNT team, has pleaded not guilty to the charges leveled against her.
She has since been put under house arrest and has been ordered to live with her parents in Tennessee.
Snelling was active on social media and spoke about her goals in what was her most recent TikTok video.
In the clip shared in June 25, she seemed to hint at her life goals.
She posted five emojis – one of which seemed to indicate a baby.
Snelling also shared posts about child beauty contests on her social media.
The other emojis hinted toward engagement, a home, family, and money.
A hearing is set to be held on September 26.
