The latest allegations were filed in Los Angeles, where Brooks requested a new Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) on Wednesday, June 25.
In court documents, as reported by TMZ, Brooks said the harassment has escalated, with threats to his life, family, and career.
In alleged text message screenshots shared in the court docs, Andrews told Brooks: “I’ll habe [sic] someone cut each one of your f***ing little fingers off one by one.”
“So you can never play basketball LOL,” the message read. “And actually now I understand why people are racist.”
Brooks and Andrews share two children, ages five and two.
The former Houston Rockets star has claimed the campaign of harassment began after a short relationship in 2018, when they met at a Las Vegas nightclub.
He said Andrews announced her first pregnancy in a social media post and began flooding him with messages when he didn’t immediately respond.
“She would send upwards of 100 messages,” he claimed in the court filing, adding that Andrews even used “burner phones” to reach him.
Brooks said she once visited him in Toronto and apologized, briefly acting like a “completely different person.”
But he now believes the change in behavior was a ploy “to get pregnant yet again.”
After the second child, Brooks claimed the threatening behavior resumed and got worse.
“She became more aggressive and threatening,” the NBA player wrote in the restraining order request.
He said Andrews later vandalized his home in Memphis after finding out he was seeing someone new.
Photos allegedly showing the damage were included in the filing, with messages like “You Suck B***h” scrawled on walls.

Brooks claimed that Andrews also gained access to his City National Bank account and boasted about it in a message.
“Got into your city national bank acct too lol,” one alleged message read. “I’ll transfer money out your account into mine and say you did it.”
The basketball star also said she broke into a co-parenting app, OurFamilyWizard, and sent a “criminal threat” message to herself.
