Nearly 25k flee homes in Luzon due to super typhoon Nando

As of 7:40 a.m. Tuesday, a total of 7,922 families or 24,788 individuals have sought temporary shelter in evacuation centers, following government orders for preemptive evacuations in high-risk areas.
