New SolGen re-enters appearance in Duterte and Dela Rosa petition in Supreme Court

The Office of the Solicitor General has filed a manifestation before the Supreme Court to re-enter its appearance in the pending petition for certiorari filed by former President Rodrigo Duterte and Senator Ronald Dela Rosa.
