The reporter earned a master’s degree in meteorology from Mississippi State University.
The move was a shift in careers from her role as a sports reporter.
Alyssa gained two bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University.
She majored in telecommunications and social media journalism before getting out onto the sidelines.
According to her Linkedin profile, the reporter worked for Big Ten Network before moving into meteorology.
Andrews moved to the Boston area in 2023 to continue her career.
