NFL legend Wade Phillips was forced to break his silence over rumours surrounding his death.
The former Dallas Cowboys, Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos head coach was left fuming after talk spread online that he had passed away.

The 78-year-old is one of the NFL’s greatest coaches, having worked at teams all over the country.
Phillips is also regarded as arguably the best defensive coordinator in NFL history.
And his time with the Broncos saw him win the Super Bowl in 2016.
But Phillips was forced to release a statement after false rumours spread online that he had died.
The sick hoax left many NFL fans upset.
And Phillips had to use his social media account to put a stop to the grim claims.
He slammed those who had created the false message.
While Phillips also highlighted the pain his family had suffered as a result.
Phillips said: “A sick and cruel person sent this false information on me.
“Me, my family and friends were very upset.
“Why would anyone want to do this?
“I am in good health and feel great except for this.”
