The Las Vegas Raiders decided to waive a quarterback over the weekend.
On Sunday, the Raiders cut signal-caller Carter Bradley.
The decision came just 10 days before the team’s training camp.
The 25-year-old joined Sin City as an undrafted free agent after the 2024 NFL Draft.
During his rookie campaign, Bradley bounced between the active roster and practice squad.
He didn’t appear during the 2024-25 regular season but did play in the preseason.
During his preseason finale game, Bradley went 9-of-21 for 169 yards and one touchdown.
The second-year quarterback is the son of former Raiders defensive coordinator Gus Bradley.
The Raiders seem to be confident in their other quarterbacks.
They signed veterans Geno Smith and Cam Miller during the offseason.
Las Vegas traded for the Pro Bowler Smith from the Seattle Seahawks in March.
Smith then agreed to a two-year, $85.5 million contract extension with $66.5 million guaranteed.
The deal keeps him with the Raiders until 2027.
Smith gets to reunite with former Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll.

The Raiders are coming off a brutal 4-13 campaign.
The franchise hasn’t won a playoff game since 2003.
