Not a laundry day: Habagat to bring overcast skies, thunderstorms likely

Monday may not be a good day to do laundry, according to weather bureau PAGASA, as the southwest monsoon brings overcast skies over Metro Manila and other parts of the country, with possible thunderstorms in the afternoon.
