Occidental Mindoro governor asks flood control contractors to pay quarry tax

Occidental Mindoro Governor Eduardo Gadiano is not only pushing for an investigation into the allegedly substandard flood control projects in the province, but he is also looking into whether the contractors involved are paying quarry tax.
