OCD: 22,000 in evacuation centers due to Crising, monsoon rains

Heavy rains in the wake of Severe Tropical Storm Crising and the southwest monsoon have disrupted the lives of 370,000 people, with 22,000 still in evacuation centers, the Office of Civil Defense said Sunday morning.
