A warning by the Consumer Product Safety Commission told shoppers the mini beauty fridges’ electrical switch “can short circuit, causing it to overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard”.
The cooling unit was sold between November 2022 through July 2025 with the smaller model selling $30 and the larger $60.
Models affected include the four liter fridge in pink, white, aqua and hot pink and in a 1 liter model in pink and white.
It was sold at Walmart, Ross, Walmart.com and Amazon.com and other online sites.
There are thought to have been around 110,000 of the fridges sold across the US with units manufactured prior to August 2024 included in the recall.
The CPSC states: “A label with the model number and serial number is located on the back of the unit for the 4-liter model and on the bottom of the unit for the 10-liter model.
“Paris Hilton branding is on the door in the right lower corner for most units, and in the top middle for some units.”
The serial numbers and ranges affected include PH11887, PH11887-1, PZB02-E001, PH12540, PZP01-E001, and PZW01-E001.
Shoppers have been told to “immediately stop” using the fridge and register for a refund.
Shoppers had already been warned about a popular Mac & Cheese that has been sold at major retailers including Walmart, Target, and Whole Foods Market over the weekend.
It comes after consumers found undeclared ingredients inside that triggered allergic reactions.
How to handle product recall
FOOD Safety experts insist that shoppers shouldn’t panic if they’re affected by a recall, as many are harmless.
However, consumers should take each warning seriously and follow the necessary steps to protect themselves.
Oftentimes, food manufacturers issue recalls as a precautionary measure, so there likely isn’t a foodborne illness hiding in your pantry.
However, even if the recall is merely a precaution, shoppers should always stay safe and not consume the affected items.
Experts advise people to keep a product closed if it hasn’t been opened, and never feed it to a pet or donate it to food banks.
Anyone who has handled or opened an affected item should wash their hands thoroughly with warm water and soap for 20 seconds.
Read the recall closely for specific instructions on how to get rid of the food item.
Typically, the brand will ask consumers to return the recalled product to the store where they purchased it for a full refund.
Sometimes shoppers will also be asked to throw it away so that no one else can eat it.

There are two products making up the recall – both from Gooder Foods.
The first is the Goodles Vegan is Believin’ plant-based white cheddar with spirals of which five lots have been pulled from shelves.
This product may contain undeclared milk, the FDA reported.
The second is the Goodles Here Comes Truffle creamy truffle flavored cheddar and shells – three lots of these have been recalled.
This item has been found to contain cashew which is not listed on the ingredient label.
