The Office of the Ombudsman found three officials of Sagbayan, Bohol guilty of Grave Misconduct, Gross Neglect of Duty, and Conduct Prejudicial to the Best Interest of the Service over a private resort they allowed built in protected tourist destination Chocolate Hills.
