The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) on Tuesday said around 26,000 former members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) are currently being decommissioned, but said they would need around P40 billion to sustain peace efforts.
