Opong, Nando, Mirasol, habagat kill 27: NDRRMC

The combined effects of tropical cyclones Mirasol, Nando and Opong, and the southwest monsoon or habagat have left at least 27 people dead, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) reported on Monday.
