Oriental Mindoro vice mayor faces NBI over DPWH exec’s arrest

Bansud, Oriental Mindoro Vice Mayor Alma Mirano appeared before the National Bureau of Investigation on Wednesday to explain the arrest of a Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) inside her property.
