PAGASA warns Metro Manila on more heavy rainfall, flooding from July 22-24

Metro Manila could receive more than 200 millimeters of rain, considered torrential, through Wednesday afternoon and 100-200 mm precipitation Wednesday to Thursday afternoon, based on PAGASA’s heavy rainfall projections.
