Palace defends Azurin’s ICI appointment as panel denies recommending ex-PNP chief

Malacañang on Tuesday defended the appointment of former PNP chief Gen. Rodolfo Azurin Jr. as the new special adviser of the Independent Commission for Infrastructure after the panel denied recommending the official to the said post.
