Palace Press Officer Claire Castro on Tuesday advised the legal counsel of ex-President Rodrigo Duterte, Nicholas Kaufman to “do better”, following reports that the camp of the former Philippine leader is seeking to submit to the ICC the findings of a Senate committee led by Senator Imee Marcos.
