Palace: Up to agencies to investigate former DPWH Usec Cabral’s death

Malacañang on Friday condoled with the family of Public Works Undersecretary Maria Catalina Cabral, who allegedly fell off a cliff in Benguet, adding the Palace will leave it to investigators to look into the circumstances of her death.
