Pangilinan to grill wife of COA chair on anomalous infra projects

Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan has vowed to question the wife of Commission on Audit Chairman Mario Lipana in the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee hearing for her alleged role as a contractor in several questioned infrastructure projects.
