THE Pat McAfee Show appears to have made a major change to Aaron Rodgers’ weekly segment.
The show aired its first episode of the 2025 NFL season on Tuesday.

Rodgers consistently found himself getting in trouble during his appearances on the show[/caption]
However, Rodgers was nowhere to be seen.
It appears the interviews with the four-time NFL MVP may have come to an end.
McAfee’s interviews with the Steelers quarterback were a prominent segment on the show since they first started in 2020.
Rodgers was asked whether he would continue on the show this past offseason, but he remained non-committal.
If anything, the QB suggested he would not feature on the show when asked by McAfee during Pittsburgh’s training camp.
McAfee asked Rodgers, “Will you be joining us on Tuesdays or no?
“Did they [the Steelers] tell you you can’t?”
“We’ll see, yeah, we’ll see,” Rodgers remarked with a wry smile.
“You’re going to have to talk to Burt [Lauten] over there.”
Lauten is the Steelers’ communications director.
Pittsburgh might not have been keen to allow the 41-year-old to continue on the show due to the many controversies that surrounded his appearances.
This included Rodgers feuding with Jimmy Kimmel over a comment linking the TV host to Jeffrey Epstein.
This led to him being pulled from the show in early 2024, eventually returning again.
He also got into a spat with ESPN NFL analyst Ryan Clark.
By the end of last season, there seemed to be tension between the then-Jets star and the organisation.

Mike McCarthy, Rodgers’ former coach and Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule have featured.
Plus College GameDay’s Nick Saban and former NFL head coach Bruce Arians will also make appearances.
All in all, this is likely a good thing for the Steelers, who won’t have to worry about doing damage control after Rodgers’ outlandish quotes.
