PETE Davidson admitted his parenting fears ahead of welcoming his first child with girlfriend Elsie Hewitt.
Pete, 31, and Elsie, 29, announced earlier this month that they are expecting their first child together.

In an interview on Today, Pete opened up about parenthood while promoting his new movie The Pickup.
Pete said while alongside co-stars Eddie Murphy and Keke Palmer, “I’m just excited to take care of something. I don’t know much about fatherhood as it’s my first time.
“Be there for it, and get out of my own head. It’s not about me now.”
When Al asked Pete about parenting advice, he responded, “The best advice was no advice, you can’t tell someone how to parent.”
Al then gifted Pete a onesie with the Today logo on it, as he was overjoyed by the gift.

BUMPING ALONG
The admission comes after Pete and Elsie attended their first red carpet after announcing the pregnancy at The Pickup premiere on Sunday, July 27.
Elsie stunned in a simple black sheer dress, as her tiny bump could be seen from the side.
Pete cradled her stomach while at the premiere.
The couple was all smiles, as the red carpet was their first since announcing the pregnancy news.
For the announcement, Elsie captioned a series of photos, including the stars at a doctor’s appointment and a sonogram, “Welp now everyone knows we had sex.”
The couple was first linked together in March.
RELATIONSHIP TROUBLES
Despite packing on the PDA on the red carpet with a sweet kiss, The U.S. Sun previously reported they have been experiencing relationship troubles.
The insider claimed Pete and Elsie have been “fighting a lot” lately.
“It’s getting out of control,” the source claimed. “They’ve even started secretly recording each other.”
It is not illegal to record someone without their consent in a one-party state, such as in New York, where the couple resides.
Despite the insider’s claims, another source close to the stars said they weren’t aware of any recordings, and cautioned people not to jump to conclusions about the state of their relationship.
“There are a lot of pressures around first-time parents and people react differently at any given moment,” the source explained.
“These two have been through a lot and hopefully, folks can let them find their way and enjoy this special time in peace.”

Sources told The U.S. Sun that Pete and Elsie met around the start of 2025.
The couple’s relationship became public knowledge after the pair was photographed on a Florida beach together in March.
The following day, the couple made it Instagram official when Elsie posted a video of her with Pete in a bathrobe.
On March 14, it was reported that the couple had moved in together and that they had been splitting their time between a home in upstate New York, and a rented Brooklyn brownstone.
On May 15, the couple made their red carpet debut when Pete was by Elsie’s side for the Endometriosis Foundation of America’s Annual Blossom Ball.
Elsie has shared glimpses of their relationship through her Instagram, as Pete does not currently have a social media presence.
The biggest announcement from her social media came on July 16, when she dropped the news that she is pregnant with Pete’s first child.
A source has told The U.S. Sun that the baby is due in the winter.
WORKING ON HIMSELF
The former Saturday Night Live star has been open about his struggles with mental health and substance abuse.
He has spent the past several years working on himself with multiple stints in rehab.
Late last year, a source told The U.S. Sun that the King of Staten Island star was committed to self-improvement.
“Pete had an issue, so he went to rehab,” the source shared. “That took time, and he’s still trying to restore normalcy to his life.”
In November, it was revealed that the Bodies, Bodies, Bodies star sought treatment in Florida.
“He has a therapist in Florida who specialises in processing traumatic memories and managing PTSD,” an insider explained, adding that he travels there regularly for therapy sessions.
In July 2024, Pete checked into rehab once again, leading to the sudden cancellation of several shows from his aptly named Prehab stand-up tour.
However, he checked out just a few weeks later, with an insider describing the stay as “a really short” stint.
A source recently confirmed Pete is now “clean and in a good headspace.”
