Phivolcs warns of lahar flows near Kanlaon volcano

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has warned the residents near Kanlaon volcano of lahar flows after Negros Island was affected by moderate to heavy rainfall on Friday, June 6.
