AARON Rodgers is gearing up for his first season with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but some fans aren’t convinced.
The 41-year-old quarterback has joined the Steelers on a one-year contract ahead of the 2025 season.

High hopes have been placed on the veteran, although concerns are growing that his age may prove costly.
Footage posted by Dov Kleiman on X has sparked conversation that Rodgers may now be too slow and old to operate in the NFL.
Kleiman posted, “Rodgers has gone viral for looking extremely slow during drills at training camp.”
One fan replied, “What does anyone expect? He’s old and washed.”
Another simply posted, “He’s going to get smoked.”
Rodgers has joined the Steelers after his two-year stint with the New York Jets failed to go to plan.
The quarterback played just one game during the 2023 campaign after tearing his Achilles.
And the Jets managed just five wins last year with Rodgers under center.
His arrival in Pittsburgh has received mixed responses with Super Bowl winner Chris Canty, 42, criticizing the move.
Despite his slow appearance, many Steelers fans remain optimistic as their new quarterback takes the reins.
A fan posted, “He’s been slow. Arm still a god damn rocket though.”
Comparisons have been drawn between Rodgers and the ex-New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers icon, Tom Brady, 48.
Another fan joked, “Remind me again of Brady’s 40-yard dash coming into the league.”
Despite being regarded as the NFL‘s greatest-ever player, Brady recorded a dismal 5.28 second 40-yard dash during the 2000 NFL Combine.
Despite the concern surrounding his move, Rodgers appears focused at his new team, snubbing a meeting with Steelers legend Ryan Clark, 45.
