Plan ‘in place’ amid concerns over rise in Chinese activity in West PH Sea: council

The Philippine government will not be deterred from conducting regular rotation and resupply missions in the grounded BRP Sierra Madre despite a marked increase in maritime activity near Scarborough Shoal, the National Maritime Council said Monday.
