PNP chief warns public vs deadly ‘tuklaw’ cigarettes

Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III warned the public Thursday against the use of “tuklaw” or black cigarettes after a viral video showed it caused seizures in some smokers.
