PNP sends out intel, tracker teams for Sarah Discaya, others

The Philippine National Police on Sunday said it has dispatched intelligence and tracker teams for St. Timothy Construction owner Sarah Discaya and others involved in the “ghost” flood control project in Davao Occidental.
