The drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew is set to open seven new spots across the country.
New locations are set to come in states such as Florida and New York, but the first one is launching on Monday, June 16 in Austin, Texas.
The latest 7 Brew had its ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday in the Manor area, and is now officially open to the public.
This new 7 Brew features all of the classic drinks that fans will recognise.
They include items like the classic and specialty hot drinks, energy drinks, teas and lemonades.
The 7 Brew can be found off US Highway 290, and stands among more than 60 7 Brews currently operating across Texas.
It also marks the second 7 Brew to open in the Austin area.
That 290 area has a lot of development going on right now, with several large scale projects underway.
These include a Home Depot, Abbott’s Frozen Custard, T.J. Maxx, Planet Fitness, Burlington and a Waffle House.
The 7 Brew joins the commercial corridor there, dubbed the Manor Commons development.
MORE CHANGES
The coffee chain has made more changes recently, with the addition of Christopher Held as its first chief supply officer.
Held will be instrumental in supporting 7 Brew’s expansion strategy as it continues.
7 Brew president Chris Dawson said: “Hiring our first chief supply officer marks a pivotal milestone in 7 Brew’s growth journey.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Chris to the team. His deep experience and leadership will be instrumental in overseeing the management of distribution, procurement, commodity management, demand planning and quality assurance, driving the expansion of 7 Brew.
“This not only supports our rapid growth, but also ensures consistency across our stands and delivers on 7 Brew’s promise to be the best part of a customer’s day.”
To further support this growth, 7 Brew has reached a deal for an undisclosed fee with Private investment firm Orangewood Partners.
The investment is there to target 7 Brew’s franchisee, Motley 7 Brew.
7 BREW CREW
With all of this growth, 7 Brew is getting lots of love on social media from people claiming it is better than Dunkin’.
As one of the biggest names in coffee, Dunkin’ has long been held to the highest customer standards.
But some believe 7 Brew is simply superior.
On social media, one person wrote that 7 Brew is more “consistent”, and another agreed, stating there was “no comparison”.
There were some who still have a lot of time for Dunkin’, but wouldn’t say no to a trip to 7 Brew, either.
One person added: “I think they are but if I’m near a Dunkin’ I still treat myself.
“I’m so happy 7 brew opened so close to me.”
