TOP players don’t always make top coaches.
And as tight ends go, Travis Kelce is just about the best of the best.

Now the NFL legend has given himself the third degree – by taking a class at his own ‘university,’ with girlfriend Taylor Swift joining him in Nashville.
It’s intriguing timing for Kelce, 35, who has eventually decided to return for a 13th season with the Kansas City Chiefs from this September.
And football fans were quick to deliver their verdict after watching a clip of the three-time Super Bowl winner give his ‘tight end tutorial’.
Kelce has held the event since 2021 with two other greats in his position – George Kittle and Greg Olsen.
So it was no surprise to see students so keen to listen and learn.
And the response from viewers was overwhelming – as they announced Kelce had graduated as a coach with honours.
The 10-time Pro Bowler was labelled “Professor Trav” – after matching his unmatchable insights with a natural ability to communicate all that knowledge.
And one message from fans was clear.
They reckon it would almost be a crime if Kelce didn’t turn to coaching once his iconic playing career ends.
One observer said: “I just cannot even imagine how the new guys must feel to be able to learn from the best to ever do it, just freely sharing his knowledge!”

Swift and Kelce have reportedly been dating since the summer of 2023[/caption]

Another posted: “High level ball knowledge paired with natural talent – a few of the reasons why 87 is one of the best to ever do it.”
A third wrote: “Big lesson right there… Pretty sure all of this is going to be on the test towards the end of the quarter.”
A fourth fan commented: “God I hope he coaches in a few years or whenever he wants to step into that role – incredible.”
And a fifth appeared to speak for all – or at least for their wishes.
She predicted: “Trav is definitely going to go into coaching when he finishes. The articulation of how he explains his thinking and process is so beneficial to others. Keep it up. Probably doesn’t even know he’s doing it.”
