SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — Investigators in Rapid City are looking into what sparked a fire southwest of Horace Mann Elementary School.
The Rapid City Fire Department says it happened around 11 o’clock Thursday morning.
Crews arriving on scene found a shed engulfed in flames. Officials shared these pictures of the scene.
Authorities say the shed was being used as unapproved living quarters. Officials say the fire did spread to a nearby garage, damaging the outside.
No one was hurt.
