THE REAL Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry have slashed the price of their Beverly Hills mansion, The U.S. Sun can confirm.
Actress-turned-RHOC star Heather, 56, and celebrity plastic surgeon Terry, 66, initially put the expansive property on the market for $25 million in March of this year, but knocked the price down to $19.9 million less than two months later.

The listing remains active at $19.9 million, and there are seemingly no bites after five months.
The reality TV couple bought the property in 2023 for $16 million, Heather said on the latest episode of RHOC.
They had plans to make major renovations to create their forever home, but after two of their four kids moved to the east coast, the family had a change of heart.
Without ever moving in, Heather and Terry put it on the market.
Million Dollar Listing co-stars and celebrity real estate agents Josh Altman and Josh Flagg have the listing.
Despite buying the property for $16 million, Heather claimed she put in $4 million more into the home.
Though she was initially aiming to pocket $5 million from a potential sale, Heather admitted on her show, “I literally just want to break even.”
“First I thought of this as a failure, because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through the end,” she said in a confessional on the July 31 episode, filmed earlier this year.
“But the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family.”
“The universe is telling us to go elsewhere.”

The expansive property covers 8.3 acres, and features five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an in-ground pool, tennis court, and panoramic city views.
According to the famous agents, LeBron James and Drake are neighbors in the wealthy area known as “Billionaire’s Horseshoe.”
Heather and Terry sold their Newport Beach dream home, nicknamed The Dubrow Chateau, for a whopping $55 million in 2022.
They bought a Los Angeles penthouse for $14 million in 2024, and quickly moved in.
“To us, this was a time to figure out what area we wanted to live in, which building we liked,” said said.
“I basically saw every building in Los Angeles in every area. I went into this building and I was blown away.”
The 5,300-square-foot, two-bedroom condo was completed by late Italian designer Roberto Cavalli.
Despite now living in L.A., Heather remains a member of RHOC– for now.
She has said “anything is possible” when asked if she would ever move to the more local Housewives franchise.
A source recently told The U.S. Sun that Heather likely won’t be back to RHOC for season 20.
