ROKU users may not know that the company has put together a collection of free-to-watch content for summer streaming.
Parents and kids alike will be able to enjoy a huge cache of newly unveiled movies and television shows, including four crowd-pleasing blockbusters.

Roku announced the collection on June 9 and encouraged users to push back their bedtimes and watch a movie with the kids.
This summer, there’s plenty to watch thanks to the newly added films that span from pulse-pounding action flicks to cozy animated features.
“It’s everything under the sun. And then some,” said the company in a press release.
Some of the more family-friendly options include Sonic the Hedgehog, Ghostbusters 1 and 2, How to Train Your Dragon, and The Lego Movie.
Meanwhile, action lovers can fire up their Roku TV and turn on Mission Impossible: Dead Reckoning, Jurassic Park: Dominion, Transformers: Bumblebee, and Fast and Furious 9.
Other hit movies in the Summer of Streaming collection include White Chicks, Paddington 3, The Godfather, and Steel Magnolias.
TV lovers can tune in to The Great American Baking Show, UFO Cowboys, and Honest Renovations.
To access the collection, all users have to do is type “summer” into the search bar on the Roku channel, and then select the collection.
“Fire up the grill and turn on the TV – you’ve got some streaming to do,” Roku said.
The seasonal deal comes right as Roku has unveiled another new way to access even more content, including free to stream live TV channels.
Last week, Roku released the Kids & Family platform just as children are being let out of school for summer break.
The update was designed so that parents can let their kids explore new movies and TV shows without fear that they’ll stumble on something inappropriate.
Plus, the platform provides recommendations that fit every age group from toddlers to teenagers.
Any time a kid sees something they want to watch but can’t at that moment, they can use the save feature to set it aside for later.
