RYAN Lochte’s new girlfriend has hit back at claims of “betrayal” from his former wife.
The former Olympic swimmer, 40, is getting a divorce from estranged wife Kayla Rae Reid.

This weekend he went Instagram official with a new woman.
Lochte tagged Molly Gillihan as he cuddled up to her in a picture shared on his social media page.
Gillihan’s account on Instagram is set to private.
But she wrote a message which Lochte shared, according to TMZ.
The message reportedly read, “We would not be here if we had anything to hide or if there had been any betrayal that occurred along the way.
“This little goofball came into my life patiently, sincerely, and honestly. I am choosing him.
“It’s okay to be so happy that your heart could explode out of your chest and you want to shout it from the rooftops.
“If you’ve felt it, you know this to be true.”
Reid announced her split from Lochte last month.
The couple have been married for seven years and share three children.
Reid is a former Playboy model with more than 300,000 Instagram followers.
She recently said, “Sometimes God allows the betrayal because it leads to the breakthrough.
“Divorce isn’t the end of my story.
“It’s the beginning of my rebirth.
“I didn’t choose to be broken, but I’m choosing to rebuild.”

Lochte is the second-most decorated male swimmer in Olympic history behind Michael Phelps.
