The Sandiganbayan on Friday deferred the promulgation for the graft case of Chief Presidential Legal Counsel and former Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, his ex-chief of staff Gigi Reyes, and Janet Lim Napoles in connection with the pork barrel scam.
