Williams has been retired from tennis since 2022 after playing in her final US Open.

Despite that, she is staying in the gym and shared a series of photos after a workout on Friday.

“Working out and working on my angles,” she captioned the post.

Williams showed off her abs in multiple mirror selfies that fans went wild for.

“Come back on tour for just one year! JUST ONE!!!!” one fan said.

“Did anyone say ‘we miss you playing’ yet? You literally look back to your early twenties!” another fan said.

“She’s looking in ‘Tennis Ready’ condition,” a third fan said.

“Hard work pays off,” a fourth fan said.

“Looking good girl,” a fifth fan said.

Williams has documented her weight loss journey after giving birth to her second daughter, Adira River, in August of 2023.

One of her goals was fitting into a Valentino Skirt that she bought while pregnant.

In December of 2024, she met her goal of fitting into the skirt.

“It just fits. An ounce more, it wouldn’t,” Williams said in an Instagram video.

“I need to give myself credit”

While Serena is in incredible shape, she is done with her tennis career.

However, her sister Venus hasn’t hung up the racket just yet.

She received a wild card bid to play in the tournament.

Venus is a seven-time Grand Slam winner, but hasn’t played on the tour since March of 2024.

She confirmed her participation in the DC Open in a statement through the tournament.

“There’s something truly special about D.C.: the energy, the fans, the history,” Williams said.

“This city has always shown me so much love, and I can’t wait to compete there again.”
