SHEDEUR Sanders has been given a stunning message from a local Cleveland radio host.
The Browns’ fifth-round rookie is part of a quarterback race as the regular season approaches in a little over a month.

Cleveland will be without its usual starter, Deshaun Watson, for likely the whole 2025 NFL season after a rehab setback from a torn Achilles tendon.
And this past week, quarterback Kenny Pickett injured his hamstring.
The Browns have three healthy quarterbacks in the 40-year-old Joe Flacco, third-round pick Dillon Gabriel, and the Colorado Buffaloes product Sanders.
It’s been recently reported that Sanders hasn’t been getting first-team reps, causing fans to think that the Browns are being careful with the 23-year-old.
But that notion was squashed by Cleveland sports radio host Ken Carmon, who went on a furious tirade on 92.3 The Fan.
“They are doing everything they can for a guy like the name of Sanders, a star of his caliber. They’re doing everything they can to provide the fairest shot possible for him,” Carman said on his show.
“I will take it to my grave, whether it’s in the next minute, the next 30 minutes, or the next 30 years, I will take it to my grave and say it right to St. Peter’s face.
“They are doing nothing to try to break a quarterback. … Especially Shedeur Sanders. “
‘For anybody out there who is not a real Browns fan who might be listening to this, I am telling you right now, shaking as hard as I can, they are not doing anything to try to sabotage or try to break Shedeur Sanders – or to not be fair to Shedeur Sanders.”
Carmon continued, noting that Sanders has done plenty already for the Cleveland area, whether it’s signing autographs or appearing at local events.
“They’re trying to break Shedeur Sanders? After the cloud this franchise has been under over the last three seasons, they don’t want that guy to be a franchise quarterback for them?” Carmon added.
“The team that’s more obsessed with finding a franchise quarterback than any team out there; they don’t want Shedeur Sanders to play for them? Please.”
The Browns have yet to name a starting quarterback, but it’s expected that Flacco will receive the starting job come Week 1.
Still, there will be a competition for the backup role.

Gabriel was selected ahead of Sanders, who experienced a stunning draft slide.
The Browns will look to prepare for their first preseason game on August 8 when they face the home team Carolina Panthers.
They’ll face the division rival Cincinnati Bengals in Week 1 of the upcoming season.
Cleveland is coming off a disappointing 3-14 season.
