Bodycam footage from the Ohio Stage Highway Patrol shows the moment the quarterback was stopped.
He was driving a black Ram truck in the incident on June 6 in Medina County, Ohio.
Police approached the Cleveland Browns quarterback’s car after he came to a stop by the side of the road.
One cop was heard asking “what’s with the Mississippi ID?”
And Sanders was forced to explain he was a college football star at Jackson State.
He later followed his Hall of Fame dad and coach Deion Sanders to the Colorado Buffaloes.
Police eventually figured out who they’d just stopped.
But he was still issued with a ticket for speeding.
According to court records, Sanders did not appear at a hearing on Monday.
He must pay $269 in fines and court fees.
Sanders was stopped again for speeding by police this week.
He was accused of driving at 101 mph, 41 mph over the speed limit.
The quarterback was stopped at around 12.24 am, according to a police report.
Sanders has a court date set for July 3 if he chooses to fight the ticket.
The 23-year-old was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in April.
He is in a four-way battle for the starting quarterback role with Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett and Dillon Gabriel.
The team welcomed some children to come and watch part of minicamp.
And Sanders was pressed on whether he thinks he’s done enough to earn the starting role.
“We got preseason first”, he simply replied.
The 23-year-old added, “Nobody knows.”
