Singapore firm Bastion Mining wins Xanadu copper-gold treasure

Singapore investor Bastion Mining has declared victory in its battle for control of ASX-listed Xanadu Mines, with its off-market takeover bid unconditional after Bastion locked in a 55.65% stake in its target.
