THE singer D4vd has suddenly left the four-bedroom home he had been renting for $20,000-a-month only days after it was searched by cops.
A probe is underway after the dismembered body of missing teenager Celeste Rivas, 15, was discovered in the trunk of a Tesla car.

The search took place months after his song One More Dance was released[/caption]
Rivas’ body was found only months after the music video for D4vd’s track One More Dance was released.
In the chilling clip, the artist, real name David Anthony Burke, played both a killer and a victim.
At the start of the video, he was blindfolded wearing a blood-stained white shirt and seen dragging his victim by the feet before being seen belting out lyrics from a makeshift grave.
D4vd, 20, has not been charged in connection with Rivas death, but last week cops searched the Hollywood Hills property he was renting.
The singer had been living in the $3.6 million home that had been rented by his manager, Josh Marshall.
But, Mladen Trifunovic claimed that Marshall asked him to end the lease, as reported by The Mail.
The agreement began in February 2024 – around two months before Rivas was last seen.
Marshall is said to have already started hauling his and D4vd’s belongings out of the home.
“They didn’t want to be there anymore,” Trifunovic told the outlet.
He believes the pair will move out of the home this week.
Trifunovic previously told Rolling Stone he was shocked after cops carried out the search.
He said he was informed about the developments by his real estate manager.
“Until then, I had no idea anything had happened at the house or what was going on with D4vd and the missing girl,” Trifunovic said.
Trifunovic emphatically said he didn’t know D4vd.
After searching the home on September 17, cops were seen carrying potential evidence.
One officer was seen carrying what looks like a computer screen, according to footage shared by the ABC affiliate KABC-TV.
“Several items of evidence were recovered and will be analyzed by detectives in the coming days,” the Los Angeles Police Department said.
“This is an ongoing investigation. Investigators are following up on several leads.”
Cops searched the home for blood evidence, according to Charles Latibeaudiere, a TMZ journalist.
“So they did a scouring of this house, looking for any evidence,” he told NewsNation.
GRISLY FIND
The home that was searched was near to where D4vd’s car had been abandoned before it was taken to the Hollywood Tow yard.
Cops found Rivas’ body after workers detected a foul smell coming from the vehicle.
Rivas’ body was not intact and had severely decomposed, the police said.
It has since emerged that Rivas and D4vd had been in a relationship.
The relationship started when she was 13, her family told The U.S. Sun.
And one of Rivas’ former science teachers claimed she had run away to Hollywood to be with him.
D4vd and the teen are said to have had matching tattoos that said Shhh on their right index fingers.
And, the music star seemed to fantasize about someone named Celeste in a leaked track.
Rivas was last seen in April 2024 in Lake Elsinore – around 69 miles from Los Angeles.
A vigil was held in Lake Elsinore over the weekend.
Elie Naddaf, a store owner, described her as a “shy, sweet child.”
He told the Los Angeles Times she would go to his store when heading to the bus station before going to school.
Rivas’ cause of death remains deferred but Alison Triessl, a criminal defense lawyer, explained the teen’s autopsy will be a crucial tool in the police probe.
“Once the medical examiner determines this, this information can help investigators direct their focus and look for possible suspects or potential murder weapons,” she told the CW affiliate KTLA-TV.
D4vd has since canceled his US and European tour, and the release of his album Withered Deluxe: Marcescence has been held back.
It was due to be released on September 19.
